| What happens when you take one of those phone numbers that spell something and change it to spell something else? Hilarity |
You know those phone numbers that use words to spell out the number. Well what happens if you change the letters but only so that the number stays the same.
For example, an ISP with a number of 13POND can easily become 1DRONE and anyone who has used them would attest this truth.
1800 HOMELOAN becomes 1800 IN ME JOAN which is probably just as painful.
and one of my favs, 1300 APPLIX an accounting software vendor, becomes 1300 ASS LIX. Lets hope their software leaves a better taste in your mouth than their contact number.
APPLIX, poor guys.
Tried this on a few I know but didn't come up with anything
The fact that 1 and 0 don't map to any letters can be a real bugger
